Once you fast travel to Clock Tower Courtyard Floo Flame in The South Wing, you will see two wooden doors in front of you. Go near the left one and use the Alohomora spell to open it.

Once the player finds them, they will fly toward a cabinet with a lock. Smack the key in and it will unlock and reveal a House Medalian. The House Medalian is what you need to unlock the House Chest. Find all 16 of the House Medalians, bring them to the House Chest, and the contents of the House Chest are yours. Daedalian Keys are scattered across Hogwarts Castle at various locations. Interact with the House Cabinet and slap the Daedalian Key in place once it approaches the lock.

The house chest in Hogwarts Legacy is different to every other chest in that you don't open it to grab what's inside. You can open it up within the first few hours, but you'll then realise that your mission isn't to get what's inside, but to put something inside instead. Opening the house chest will reward you with a Relic House Uniform that is unique to your house. The Daedalian Key is flying in front of the Potions Classroom. It will fly down the staircase north of it, to the cabinet at the end of the hallway.

The Collection chests can be found across the entire map, and hold various items depending on which one you grab. You can also reach this area by using the Hospital Wing fast travel point, then heading down the wooden scaffolding where the large clock gears are. Central Hall (Marble Steps) - Instead of walking toward the statue, climb up the steps. You should see the large doors that lead to the Viaduct Courtyard.

Once you travel to The Map Chamber Floo Flame in Secret Rooms, turn behind and keep going upstairs until you reach the hall, take a left from there, and go upstairs again. Go downstairs and take a right turn to find your next Daedalian key.

Cut through the courtyard to the right past the statue and down the steps through the stone opening. Daedalian Keys are magical flying keys that enable players to open the House Cabinets that are dotted around Hogwarts. There are 16 Daedalian Keys in total and you’ll need to track down all of them if you wish to open the House Chest in your common room. It will go to the cabinet that's beside another Symbol Door Puzzle, which also happens to be just above the Grand Staircase teleporter. Next, fast-travel to your Common Room and place the token inside the House Chest. From this point onward, the remaining keys will no longer be marked.
